Supply, construction, assembly and ancillary works for the construction and renovation of buildings and related systems (technological systems) in the new Eni Versalis plant in Ferrara. Sectors of intervention:

Engineering
Architectural and structural design for all buildings with the exception of the MPF building for which the executive design was also carried out; verification of the tender documents and new issue of the detailed engineering of the plants.

Civil works
Structural and finishing interventions on buildings, including transformer bays, flooring for HVAC machine housing and other minor works; construction of plumbing systems and drainage works; installation and assembly of furniture, functional and safety signs; assistance for the execution of the systems; assistance to other contractors operating in the buildings.

Technological systems and plants
Electrical installations; air conditioning / HVAC systems; fire and gas detection systems; installation of fire extinguishers; fire extinguishing system; provision of telecommunication system.
