Solesi S.p.A. has successfully renewed the certifications of its Integrated Management System, confirming once again the company’s ongoing commitment to quality, safety, environmental protection, and welding excellence.
The following certifications have been renewed:

• ISO 9001 – Quality Management System: ensures structured processes focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System: safeguards workers’ health and safety, promotes risk prevention, and fosters a culture of well-being.
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System: demonstrates our dedication to sustainability, environmental impact control, and regulatory compliance.
• ISO 3834-2 – Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials: an internationally recognized standard for excellence in welding processes.
• VCA**2017/6.0 – Safety, Health and Environment Checklist for Contractors: a key certification for subcontractors working in high-risk environments, especially in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Renewing these certifications is the result of strong teamwork and a shared commitment to delivering reliable, safe, and sustainable services to our clients.

Solesi S.p.A. has chosen to actively contribute to spreading a culture of sustainability and respect for natural resources by joining the “Acqua per Crescere” initiative, promoted by the “Fondazione Progetti del Cuore”.
This initiative speaks directly to the younger generations, in schools — the very places where the citizens of tomorrow are shaped. The project aims to raise awareness among children and teenagers about the importance of water conservation, through concrete and immediately impactful actions:
>installation of microfiltered water dispensers in school facilities
>distribution of reusable water bottles to students

The objective is clear: to reduce the use of single-use plastic and promote virtuous and responsible habits, both at school and at home. A small daily act that can spark a major change.
The project has already been implemented at the Wojtyla-Chindemi Institute in Siracusa, actively involving municipalities, schools, private companies, and volunteer organizations.
It is a virtuous model of collaboration between public and private sectors, built on shared values: education, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility.
