Roles and responsibilities
He will liaise directly with the Site HSE Manager and will be responsible for:
– Apply HSE plans and programs to ensure a safe and sustainable workplace
– Conduct periodic audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential HSE risks
– Adopt, implement and update the forms and registers required by the company’s Integrated Management System
– Ensure that all staff are adequately trained and aware of the relevant HSE requirements
– Ensure that all staff are adequately equipped with PPE and DPC, that they are trained on their correct use and that they are informed about the risks of field activities
– Monitor and improve critical working conditions, coordinate and respond to emergencies or accidents in the workplace or in the environment
– Monitor HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions
– Collaborate and communicate with the company team: HSEQ Department, Project Manager, Site Manager, supervisors and employees
– Manage environmental obligations and ensure that regulatory obligations and internal procedures are respected
– Check the order and cleanliness of the construction site

Candidate profile
The following requirements are preferential:
– Secondary school diploma, preferably in related technical subjects
– Valid qualifying training on health and safety Legislative Decree 81 and subsequent amendments
– Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards and related application on construction sites
– Ability to work independently and in a team, with a spirit of initiative and result orientation
– ⁠Previous experience in similar roles
– ⁠knowledge of the Italian language

Roles and responsibilities
He will liaise directly with the Quality Manager on site (Site QAQC Manager) and will be responsible for:
– Guarantee and monitor the application of the Order Quality Plan and the various Control Plans
– Carry out inspections of ongoing activities, verifying that what has been achieved is consistent with the project and that the material installed complies with the specifications, the project and the reference legislation
– Manage operational non-compliances
– Correctly manage and archive all the technical documentation relating to the Quality of the Order
– Draw up technical dossiers and implement system registers, such as registers relating to laboratory certificates, materials, monitoring instruments, control plans
– Liaise with suppliers to verify satisfaction of the requirements required by the specifications and current legislation

Candidate profile
The following requirements are preferential:
– Secondary school diploma, preferably in related technical subjects or degree in engineering or architecture
– Good knowledge of the Office package and specific Quality regulations (UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI 19011 Guideline)
– Experience in a similar role on civil and industrial construction sites
– Ability to work independently and in a team, with a spirit of initiative and result orientation
– Knowledge of the Italian language
