1) DEPUTY HSE MANAGER
– Lead the development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems.
– Ensure development of Project HSE Plan, Inspection and other HSE documents are established, implemented and maintained.
– Schedule Inspections and testing as per project requirements and proper coordination between consultants and clients.
– Ensure inspections are properly carried out as per project requirements, proper monitoring of inspectors and maintaining of records.
– Cooperate to establish, implement and maintain Training programs, Inspections/Audits, Accident Investigations, HSE Plan and Emergency Plan and compliance to legal requirements as per QCS.
– Cooperate to review general safety and company Emergency Response plans to ensure statutory compliance and current application to practice.
– Cooperate for all related incident & accident investigations providing support to investigation teams where required. .
– Cooperate in maintaining safety standards during work activities.
– High school diploma (as minimum)
– Full conversant with International HSE standards, codes and industry practices
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Experience as HSE Management System position minimum 5 years
– Experience in OHSAS 45001:2007, ISO 14001:2004
– Experience of managing HSE on civil and industrial construction site
– Professional HSE qualifications
– Contracting construction experience

– Experienced professional with capability to lead the HSE department and advise management on all aspects of safety legislation/safe work procedures
– Construction site in Antwerp (Belgium)
