Promoting Talent and Gender Equality in Technical Professions

Once again this year, Solesi S.p.A. has chosen to support the “Ingenio al Femminile” Award as an Ambassador company, reaffirming our concrete commitment to enhancing female talent in technical and engineering fields.
Now in its fifth edition, the Award is promoted by the National Council of Engineers (CNI) in collaboration with Cesop HR Consulting Company, and it celebrates the best engineering theses written by young women graduates. This initiative represents not only a recognition of academic excellence, but also a strategic employer branding tool and a tangible action toward gender inclusion in STEM sectors.
It’s an initiative we strongly share and support, because it promotes merit, strengthens the role of women in STEM, and helps open the world of construction, design, and innovation to a more inclusive and forward-looking perspective.

Artificial Intelligence and the Challenges of 2050

The theme for the 2025 edition – “Artificial Intelligence for the New Challenges of 2050” – invites deep reflection on the role of engineering in shaping a sustainable, digital, and fairer future. A horizon that Solesi is committed to building by promoting competent and passionate young professionals.
This year’s theme focuses on the skills and ethical foundations needed to tackle the global transformations ahead.

How to Apply

Applications are open until July 18, 2025, and are open to female engineering graduates and PhDs who defended their theses between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
